Prudential CT Realty recently released the 2nd quarter CT real estate statistics

In 2013, the state has been dogged with low inventory in many price ranges, moving leverage over to sellers and forcing buyers to deal with multiple offer scenarios during their home search. Continued low inventory, strong pending trends and buyer demand will most likely keep the momentum in the market.
